-Basil -Oergano -Cumin Chili powder -Italian sausage -Black beans
1 pound ground beef and 1.5 cups rice. Add all ingredients (except the rice) to the slow cooker and set to high for 4-5 hours.
You can also simmer on the stove top for an hour if you’re like me and frequently forget to plan ahead.
It’s important to add cooked rice to the dish to avoid all of the liquid being absorbed by the rice as it’s cooking.
