Summer’s officially here!
I love this time of year. Gathering for bbqs, swimming, and enjoying a slightly less hectic pace. This year I’m planning to make some fun, festive food for the 4th (holy alliteration, Batman!), and these posts have given me many good ideas.

Red, White, and Blue Popsicles {The Little Kitchen}
Stars and Stripes Pie {Woman’s Day}
Double Decker Flag Cookies {Munchkin Munchies}
Patriotic Push up Pops {Craftaholics Anonymous}
Red, White, and Blue Cupcakes {Betty Crocker}
Flag Cheesecake {Hungry Happenings}
4th of July Cupcakes {Craftaholics Anonymous}
4th of July Fruit Pizza {The Taylor House}
Red, White, and Blueberry Apple {Kitchen Fun with My Three Sons}
Fourth of July Flag Cake {SugaryWinzy}
Panna Cotta and Raspberry Parfait {Pink Patisserie}
Red, White, and Blueberry Yogurt Popsicles {The View from Great Island}
Angel Berry Trifle {Melanie gets Married}

4th of July Bark {Life with the Crust Cut Off}
Don’t these look amazing! I’m going to have a really hard time deciding what to make. What’s your favorite treat for the 4th?
I love the 4th of July – it’s one of my favorite holidays… Love the desserts you found. I think I may make the cupcakes in a jar & the trifle… great roundup! cute, cute, cute! 🙂
I’ve decided that we’ll definitely do the apple and some popsicles (I can make those without getting too off track in my eating), but I haven’t decided on which I’ll make as an indulgence. The pie and cake are really calling my name (haha, I say that like the others aren’t).
Thanks for including my Star Spangled Desserts in this delicious looking round up!
What fun ideas for the 4th – will save this for next summer! Thanks for sharing this collection of ideas. (Visiting from the Inspiration Monday linkup.)
